- The services provided at bulgariacancersociety.com are “information society services” within the meaning of Art. 1 (3) of the Law on Electronic Commerce (E-Commerce) and are provided after an explicit statement by the Users, Users with extended access, Trainers or Trainees that they are adults and able to act, understand the General Terms and Conditions and accept them in full.
- The User, the User with extended access, the Trainer or the Trainee assumes responsibility for keeping the secret of his password and preventing third parties from using his registration. All actions performed through the password of the User, Advanced User, Trainer or Training shall be deemed to have been performed personally by the same, unless duly established otherwise.

- The Provider provides the User, the User with extended access, the Trainer or the Trainee access to its site, including – to the information and services offered on it, subject to strict compliance by the same with the requirements specified in these General Terms and Conditions, the relevant regulations and the requirements for the provision and use of specific services specified in the relevant website.
DEFINITIONS AND LIMITATIONS
- The “continuing medical education” of doctors, dentists, master pharmacists and nurses, midwives and allied health professionals is organized, coordinated, conducted and registered by the professional organizations of doctors, dentists, of master pharmacists and of nurses, midwives and associated medical specialists under conditions and according to the order defined in contracts with higher schools, the Bulgarian Red Cross and the Military Medical Academy in accordance with art. 182 of the Health Act (HA). - “Personal professional code” is an identification means relating to data on the provider of medical care, consisting of numbers and characters.
- “Electronic statement” is a verbal statement presented in digital form through a generally accepted standard for conversion, reading and visual presentation of information, which is recognized by law as legally valid. REGISTRATION IN THE SYSTEM
- Any able-bodied individual who wishes to use the services of bulgariacancersociety.com, accepts these General Terms and Conditions and, as a sign of this, has registered in the system as a User, can register as a User of bulgariacancersociety.com.

- As a Trainer in bulgariacancersociety.com, after an express decision of the Board of Directors of the association “ONCOLOGY SOCIETY BULGARIA”, any able-bodied individual with a medical specialty in “medical oncology” who has correctly indicated his professional experience and professional experience can be registered , accepts the General Terms and Conditions, wishes to carry out online training at bulgariacancersociety.com, has registered in the system as an Educator and meets the legal requirements related to the following conditions: holds a Master’s degree in the professional field of Medicine and acquired specialty in “medical oncology”, as well as legal capacity to exercise the profession and is a member of the relevant professional organization, has a Personal Professional Code (VIN), when such membership and code are required by law;
- As a Trainee of bulgariacancersociety.com, any able-bodied individual who is a student of medicine or a specialist or holds a “master’s” degree in the professional field of “Medicine, wishes to use the services of bulgariacancersociety.com, accepts these General Terms and Conditions can be registered conditions and as a sign of this has registered in the system as a Trainee.
- The registration carried out according to the previous texts represents an electronic statement within the meaning of the Electronic Document and Electronic Signature Act (ZEDEP), with which the User, the User with extended access, the Trainer or the Trainee declare that they wish to use services at bulgariacancersociety.com, are familiar with with these General Terms and Conditions and undertake to comply with them.
- These General Terms and Conditions constitute a contract that is considered concluded and has a mandatory binding force between each registered visitor of bulgariacancersociety.com and the supplier. - The bulgariacancersociety.com team will take all measures within its power to prevent registration as Users, Users with extended access, Trainers or Trainees of persons who reflect false information, resp. who do not have a medical license or have lost it, when such is required according to these General Terms and Conditions, or reflect false information about their specialty, qualification, professional experience, etc.
- The bulgariacancersociety.com team has the right, at its discretion and without warning, to terminate User registrations in any other case when it deems it necessary.
USER RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
- The user is obliged to comply with these General Terms and Conditions and the current legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria, as well as the obligation to familiarize himself with the amendments and additions to these General Terms and Conditions.
- The user undertakes not to copy, distribute, borrow in any way, reproduce or publish educational works of authorship and any other materials from the site bulgariacancersociety.com, including the educational materials accessed by reference from www:youngoncologistbg.com to www.oncoacademy.com, which are subject to the copyright of the Provider or and/or its partners, provided for publication the relevant materials, with which actions violate intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, industrial design, logos and any other material or author images, declaring that he is aware of his subsequent responsibility.
- The User undertakes to monitor for violations of intellectual property committed by other users, and upon detection of such to notify the Supplier in a timely manner, as well as not to infringe in any way the rights of the Supplier and third parties through their actions.
- When registering on the site, the user is obliged to provide complete and correct data regarding his identity. The user guarantees that the data he provides during registration is true, complete and accurate, and if the latter changes, he will update them promptly.
- The user is fully responsible for protecting his username and password, as well as for all actions performed by him or a third party using his username and password.
- The User is obliged to immediately notify the Provider in case of unauthorized access by using his username and password.
- The user is obliged not to carry out actions that violate Internet ethics or cause harm to persons connected to the Internet or other types of networks, sending spam, gaining access to the site with foreign rights and passwords, using flaws in systems with purpose of own benefit or obtaining information, performing actions that can be qualified as industrial espionage or sabotage, damaging or destroying systems or information arrays, sending “Trojan horses” or causing the installation of viruses or remote control systems, disruption the normal work of other Internet users, performing any actions that can be qualified as a crime or an administrative violation under Bulgarian legislation or under the legislation of another country.
- The user is obliged to indemnify the Supplier and all third parties for all damages suffered and lost benefits, including any costs incurred as a result of judicial or extrajudicial claims of third parties in connection with violations committed by him of the current legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria, of these General Terms and Conditions, as well as in relation to Internet pages, links, materials or data that the user has used, distributed, disclosed to third parties or made available in violation of the law, these General Terms and Conditions, good manners or Internet ethics.
- The user has the right to use the services of the site in accordance with the requirements of these General Terms and Conditions and the current legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria.
- The user has the right to review the public information pages of bulgariacancersociety.com.
- The team of bulgariacancersociety.com has the right to terminate the registrations of Users who do not meet any of the requirements of the previous texts, noting the fact of revocation in the profiles of the respective Users or deleting them from the system

- The user with extended access is obliged to comply with the provisions of item 22-31 inclusive of these General Terms and Conditions, resp. the rights and obligations listed in the specified points are in force and apply to him.
- The user with extended access, in addition to the right to view the public information pages, gets additional access to the specialized medical materials published on the site, as well as to its chat program.
- Within the framework of using the site’s system, each User with extended access is obliged not to do the following:
- to publish data, texts, images, files, links, software or other contents which, in the opinion of the Provider, are illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, annoying, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, inciting hatred and racism or which may be challenged in any other way;
- to cause harm to minors in any way;
- to impersonate another person;
- to indicate, publish, distribute by e-mail or in any other way information for which he is not authorized;
- to indicate, publish, transmit by e-mail or in any other way legal information that infringes the rights of third parties
- to use the system for commercial purposes;
- indicate, post, distribute by e-mail or otherwise any material or other type of information that contains software viruses or other information or programs that intentionally or unintentionally interrupt, destroy or limit the function of computer software and hardware or telecommunications fixtures;
- interfere with the technical functioning of the system or interrupt the normal flow of communication, or otherwise disrupt the ability of other users to communicate in real time;
- to affect or disrupt the system connected to the server or Internet networks, or to disobey regulations, methods or other rules of the networks connected to the system;
- to disturb, threaten, slander, bother or cause other inconvenience to a natural or legal person or community of persons;
- to violate the current General Terms and Conditions of the legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria.
- The team of bulgariacancersociety.com has the right to terminate the registrations of Users with extended access who do not meet any of the requirements of the previous texts, by noting the fact of termination in the profiles of the respective Users or deleting them from the system.
PROVIDER’S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
- The provision of the services and access to the resources of bulgariacancersociety.com does not include the provision of computer equipment and connectivity for the transfer of information packages between the users and the Internet page, necessary to access the resources of the website.
- The Provider does not control the communication between Users, Users with extended access, Trainers or Trainees, including does not control, check, track or record the information, Internet pages, data, text, sound, image, software, music, photographs, graphics, video – the materials, messages and other materials that Users, Users with extended access, Trainers or Trainees search, upload, place on the server of bulgariacancersociety.com, use, send, transmit, distribute or disclose to third parties in any way .
- The provider reserves the right to store information about all actions performed in the system that are related to the use or provision of services at bulgariacancersociety.com, as well as to use this information in a way that does not contradict the law.

- The Provider has the right, but not the obligation, without warning to delete, remove and limit access to data, materials, web pages, links and resources located by Users, Users with extended access, Trainers or Trainees on the website, information and materials, if they are in violation of these General Terms and Conditions, good morals, Internet ethics or the current legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria. 56. The Provider reserves the right to deny access to one or more of its services to Users, Users with extended access, Trainers or Trainees in the following cases:
- when he falls into default in relation to his obligations to the Supplier;
- when his actions violate the General Terms and Conditions and other obligations arising from a normative act;
- when with his actions he intentionally or unintentionally prevents other Users, Users with extended access, Trainers or Trainees from using the services of bulgariacancersociety.com
- In case of detected violations, the Provider reserves the right to terminate the registration of Users, Users with extended access, Trainers or Trainees without prior warning. The information collected about them will be passed on to the competent authorities to seek further responsibility.
- The Provider is a personal data administrator within the meaning of the Personal Data Protection Act (PPA) and applies the necessary levels of security in relation to the personal data of Users, Users with extended access, Trainers or Trainees, reflected in the functioning of the system.
- The provider has the right to collect and store information about its users during their registration in a way that allows their identification.
- The provider should take the necessary care to prevent third parties from accessing the stored information.
- Each User, User with extended access, Trainer or Trainee of bulgariacancersociety.com undertakes not to upload, place on the Provider’s server, send, distribute or use in any way, and not to disclose information to third parties , data, text, sound, software, music, photographs, graphics, video or audio materials, messages, as well as any other materials and others that:
- contain a threat to the health of third parties;
- with pornographic content or other content that violates the norms of morality and good manners; 67. violate the rights or freedoms of third parties, including by inciting illegal actions or instilling racism, fascist ideologies and others;
- representing commercial, service secret or other confidential information of third parties;
- intended to interrupt, hinder, disrupt or limit the normal functioning of computer hardware, software or telecommunications equipment, as well as those aimed at unauthorized penetration or access to foreign resources or software.
- Every User, User with extended access, Trainer or Trainee at bulgariacancersociety.com undertakes: 71. not to harm the rights, legal interests and good name of others;
- not to encourage the commission of crimes or other offenses;
- not to commit other malicious acts within the meaning of the law;
- to immediately notify the Supplier of any case of a detected violation of these General Terms and Conditions.
SUPPLIER’S LIABILITY
- The provider offers the services on bulgariacancersociety.com “as is” and is not responsible for their quality.
- The supplier is not responsible for damages that occurred due to technical reasons, regardless of the circumstances that led to this – technical problems, technical prevention, etc.
- The Provider does not accept responsibility for any indirect, incidental or other losses caused by or in any way related to the use of information from this site.
- The Provider shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for any damages, including damages for lost profits, for loss of information or otherwise arising from the use, inability to use or the results of the use of this Website.

- It is prohibited and Users, Users with extended access, Trainers or Trainees are responsible, in case of using all the information in bulgariacancersociety.com or part of it in a way that contradicts the copyright of the Provider.
- The Provider will provide the competent authorities with all available information about the Users, Users with extended access, Trainers or Trainees, for whom there is a reasonable suspicion of violations committed by him, in order to establish the truth and hold him accountable.
